Frequently Asked Questions
Q:What is your return policy?
A:
I must be contacted within 30 days
concerning all returns. If you are not satisfied with the piece, for
whatever reason, just contact me and send it back. You will receive a
100% refund of the purchase price; I cannot refund shipping charges.
Q:
Who manufactures your
jewelry?
A: I
do. J
I work with a select group of professionals that assist in the
manufacturing and finishing process of my products. I personally
touch EVERY single piece of jewelry that is manufactured and sold by
Brother of Jared Jewelry. Quality is of the utmost importance. If I
would not wear it, or let my wife wear it, then it is not up to par, and
I would not expect anyone else to wear the item.
Q:
I don’t see my temple available, when can I expect it?
A:
Trust me, I’m working on it. It takes several hours for me to complete
each temple, and unfortunately I have only been able to find 24 hours in
any given day. The biggest obstacle that I have with the temples is
finding a good picture to use. Which brings me to a little incentive
program. I am in need of high quality photos of the temples, preferably
from a straight on front or straight side view. You can submit a photo
through our contact e-mail. If I use your picture, I will send you the
first production piece absolutely free!
Q:
Why does it take two weeks before each order is shipped?
A:
Each piece is made to order, which means that production on your
personal piece does not begin until you order it. This way, every piece
is specially made for you, when you order it. This enables me to offer
more choices and variations than other companies; options such as 14k
Rose gold and wire brushed finishes become those extra special touches
that make each piece of jewelry unique.
Q: How did you get such a flippin' sweet
website?
A: I have this cousin who is flippin' sweet.
He has website making skills. He has languages skills, too. He speaks
American, Russian, Mexican, Hillbilly, and all languages. The
girls all like him.
Q:
Why are the gold pieces so much more expensive than the silver ones?
A:
Simply put - gold is 40-50 times more expensive than silver. Silver is
about $20 an ounce, while gold is over $900 an ounce.
Q:
If silver is that much cheaper than gold, why aren’t the pieces that
much more inexpensive?
A: The
majority of the cost for each piece of silver jewelry is the labor cost,
not the metal cost. Every piece is made specifically for each
individual. Customized silver jewelry is something that no other LDS
jewelry manufacturer provides. We pride ourselves in our ability to
make every piece special, and made just for the customer.
Q: What is your favorite animal?
A: That would have to be the tion (inverse
of a liger).
Q:
I want a custom piece of jewelry. Is that possible and how much will it
cost?
A: Yes
it is! I have a group of very talented individuals and jewelers that
work with me. We are more than happy to work with you to create that
special piece of jewelry for every occasion. The cost of every piece
will vary. Please contact us through our contact info to further pursue
any project or question you may have.
Q: What forms of payment to you accept?
A: At this time PayPal is the only method of
payment that I accept. This is the safest method for both buyer
and seller, as no financial information is exchanged between parties.
This is my preferred method of payment, although individual arrangements
can be negotiated in some cases.
Although people have asked me to,
unfortunately I CANNOT accept the
following methods of payment:
-
Llama food (casseroles)
-
Milk (even if you have ensured it is free from
defects i.e. bleach)
-
Tater tots
-
Bikes (even the kind with shocks and
pegs and everything)
-
Time machines
-
'VOTE FOR SUMMER' buttons
Q: What is PayPal?
A: PayPal is the safest way to do business on the internet. you
can use a credit card, debit card, or your personal bank account.
They act as an intermediary between buyer and seller. Your
financial information is not sent to the seller at all, so no matter how
many websites you make purchases at you are only sharing your personal
financial information with one company.
Q: How much does PayPal cost?
A: It is absolutely 100% free for you to use PayPal to make a
purchase, and they even provide you with buyer protection, so you can
get a refund through PayPal if the seller tries to rip you off.
Q: How do I get a PayPal account?
A: Go to
www.paypal.com. It is all explained there. If you
need help please
contact me.
Q: Did you ever want to be a cage fighter?
A: True. I am training with my cousin (the one with website making
skills) to be a cage fighter. We can do like 3 kicks per minute.
We know karate, jujitsu, tae kwan do, kimono, pokemon, sushi, and 15
other Japanese words. |
